Users must provide their personal and contact details, as well as payment and billing information if the event is not free of charge. The legal basis for the processing of such data is performance of a contract, as such processing is necessary to formalise registration, participation and the purchase of tickets for the events.

Events registration for free: If the User registers for a free event organised by Inveralfa, their personal data will be processed not only to manage their registration and attendance, but also to manage the sending of marketing communications, news or announcements of upcoming events, as well as offers of our own services. The legal basis is legitimate interest.

Retention Period: Your personal data processed to validate a registration request to our events (webinars and others) will be retained for a period of one year after the end of the event. Beyond that date, your personal data will be deleted.

d) Professional Relationship.
