Any data that Inveralfa may collect through your use of and navigation on the website, via our forms, by email, or in connection with the contractual relationship, constitutes personal data.

When completing any of the forms on our website, there are certain mandatory fields. If these fields are not completed, the purposes described for each form cannot be fulfilled.

We collect the following categories of personal data through our contact form, when you contact us by email and during registration to our trainings.

  • Personal identification data: surname, first name, full address.
  • Electronic identification data: telephone number, email address

Purposes and legal basis for the process of your personal data

a) Contact: You, as User may contact Inveralfa via the forms on the Website. By giving your consent, you agree to provide Inveralfa with identifying information, as well as the reason for their enquiry and the department to which it is addressed. We will use this information to process the enquiry and contact the User.

Retention Period: The personal data processed as part of your contact request may be stored up to a maximum of one year from the last contact you have had with us.

b) Enrolment in courses: If you User, wish to enrol in any of the courses offered by Us, you must complete the form providing the information listed above as part of the registration process. At the end of the course, the User might receive a certificate of achievement. The legal basis for processing the data is the performance of a contract.

Retention Period: The data provided for the trainings/courses will be retained for up to a further five years for tax purposes and to cover any potential liabilities.

c) Events registration: Users can register for events organised periodically by Inveralfa via the Website. Users must provide their personal and contact details, as well as payment and billing information if the event is not free of charge. The legal basis for the processing of such data is performance of a contract, as such processing is necessary to formalise registration, participation and the purchase of tickets for the events.

Events registration for free: If the User registers for a free event organised by Inveralfa, their personal data will be processed not only to manage their registration and attendance, but also to manage the sending of marketing communications, news or announcements of upcoming events, as well as offers of our own services. The legal basis is legitimate interest.

Retention Period: Your personal data processed to validate a registration request to our events (webinars and others) will be retained for a period of one year after the end of the event. Beyond that date, your personal data will be deleted.

d) Professional Relationship.

We process your personal data for the purpose of maintaining our professional relationship. The legal basis is our contractual relationship and our legitimate interest.

Retention Period: Until our professional relationship ends, or until you decide to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your contact details for these purposes.

Recipients

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties, unless required by law.

Specifically, it will be disclosed to the tax authorities and to banks and financial institutions for the purpose of collecting payment for the service provided or product purchased, as well as to data processors such Trainers necessary for the performance of the agreement.

In the event of a purchase or payment, if you choose a web application, platform, bank card or any other online service, your data will be transferred to that platform or processed within its environment, always with the utmost security

You have also the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (CNPD) if you consider that your rights have not been adequately addressed. The maximum time limit for resolving the matter is one month from receipt of your request.

Do we process data relating to minors?

We do not process data relating to children under the age of 14, therefore please do not provide such data if you are under that age.
